Associate Director/Attorney – UCAN, Utility Consumers' Action Network 1996-2000
Lead counsel and director of telecommunications and consumer matters in public interest law practice for 40,000 small consumers in San Diego. Areas of focus included: broadband technologies, antitrust, telecommunications, consumer fraud and regulatory law.
